Please note that the ship date is an estimated date and you will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as the item leaves our warehouse. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items as there can sometimes be unexpected delays by the manufacturer.
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order due to an inventory/manufacturing error, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
FOR U.S. ORDERS: If your order includes a pre-order item and an item in stock, the item in stock will ship first.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If your order includes a pre-order item and an item in stock, the order will ship together.
