Non-Prescription Eyewear and Home Try-Ons
Your order will be processed within 3 business days of it being placed within standard business hours from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends or federal holidays will be processed within 3 business days of the next business day. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours and does not include any time for processing your order. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Prescription Eyewear
Your order will be processed within 3 weeks of it being placed at our lab within standard business hours from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Order processing times begin upon receiving the necessary prescription and pupillary distance (PD) information needed to fill your order. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours and does not include any time for processing your order. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Cancellations
To cancel or make any changes to your non-prescription order after it has been placed, please contact us at hello@shopcovry.com within 1 hour of placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, please note that we are unable to cancel physical items or orders that have already entered the shipping process. If an order is already in transit with the courier and/or cancellation is not available, you can return your non-prescription order within our 14-day return policy.
Prescription orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. For assistance regarding your prescription order, please contact us at prescription@shopcovry.com.

*U.S. standard shipping is available with or without signature. Signature at delivery will be added for orders of 3 frames or more.
For packages without signature: Parcels will be left outside the premises of the address provided. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once the item has been delivered.
For packages with signature: We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once the item has been signed for and delivered.

Route Shipping Protection
Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue with Route and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Prescription Eyewear & Home Try-On Program
Our home try-on program and prescription eyewear orders are available only for U.S. customers at this time. If you are located outside of the U.S. and placed an order that includes prescription lenses or home try-ons, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Home try-on program is not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Customs & Duties
Estimated delivery time for international shipments are based on normal customs approval without delay. Please note that customs can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures. Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Customers are liable for any customs, duties and/or other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
If a package is refused and we are charged shipping, duties and/or additional customs charges, that amount will be deducted from the original order before a refund is credited. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
