Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Free Shipping Enjoy free shipping on your order when you sign up for our newsletter! Standard shipping rates apply to all other orders.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. A flat shipping rate of $6.00 applies to all domestic orders. Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be assessed by their country upon delivery. COVRY is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
