Let me tell you a story. My glasses that I got in the US had always just slipped off my nose. All my pairs up to that point I got in Malaysia/Indonesia, where I'm from and where I grew up, so it makes sense they catered to nose bridges like mine hahaha (I'm an adult immigrant to the US: first Middletown in CT, then NYC, then Honolulu). My optometrist told me to check out Asian brands like JINS, but they're more of an in-store experience. I finally asked google one day and came across Covry. An entire company formed behind the idea that hey maybe people's nose bridges are different! I loved that the models represent the planet! From the website, the awesome designs, to the home try-on so that I knew for sure the Pollux in Mocha was meant for me, to the ease with which to communicate my prescription, I was already in love. When I got my pair a few days ago (so fast!), and put them on and just went about my day, feeling fabulous and stylin' as well as protected and clear at the same time - I am an official FAN. I HAVE to recommend Covry to those out there looking for a great stylish pair that FITS, plus a pleasant and efficient buying experience to go with it. Ultimately I just love the design, the customization, the fit, the experience. I equally love what the company stands for - I'm going to keep spending my dollar at companies that I believe in. Officially and genuinely a happy customer, and an ABSOLUTE fan.
Initially was not sure if the color would suit my skin tone. Since there is touch of lavender to the Pollux Pewters, they seem to compliment my darker tones. They are not on the gray side, FYI. I like this frame and Elevated Fit, although they are a bit tight behind the ears and at the nose bridge. I am considering getting these in black.
Great! I love these and I would have these in different colors, maybe another pair next year. They are super stylish and classic. I don’t think I will need to look elsewhere for glasses frames in order to find something that fits my bone structure. Thanks, Covry!
These glasses are good in that they sit higher up on the nose bridge than regular glasses. These glasses do not have hinged arms which I like. Some people like the hinged arms but frankly I prefer not to have the arms hinged because the glasses fit better to the head.
