Covry delivers its promise of fashionable, affordable Asian-fit glasses. Where has this brand been all my life? Like the other posts, I am an Asian woman who has struggled to find shades and glasses that flatter my face, don't slide off my face, or rub against my eyelashes (most importantly for me). Do yourself a favor and buy the frames! Bonus that the out of network reimbursement process is not too painful.
Superb fit and style!
I have an odd combo of a narrow, low, and short nose bridge that isn't common in most Caucasian people and in my part of the states it's almost impossible to find plastic frames that fit so when I ordered a try-on kit and almost every frame from Covry fit I almost wanted to cry. Finally, I can have ultra-comfortable glasses and not hassle with metal nose-pads and adjustments all the time. But Pavo II was the real standout. It's such a classy but stylish frame and the shadow colorway is a stunner. They look so so good and are very lightweight for what are moderately sized frames. They suit my smaller face really well and the clear bottoms keep it from being too much. The lenses and RX are also 100% perfect. I usually have to do a lot of tweaking on adjustments to get my vision feeling right with new glasses but aside from a slight tilt adjustment they were good to go out of the box.
These glasses are so comfortable! I wear contact lenses most of the time, since it felt like the glasses I had purchased in the past made my eyes hurt/feel cross-eyed. These glasses look great, are lightweight, and feel like they're sized correctly for my face. I can now wear glasses all day without getting a headache or achy eyes! Yay for inclusive eyewear!
